How do you deal with excessive gas?

Quote from MrWright on October 8, 2020, 6:38 pmI noticed as of late I am more gassy than I normally am. I already made an appointment to get things checked out, but it does worry me. I usually don't pass gas often, but lately it's just been crazy. Far too much to be exact. Anyway, I'll know more when I see a doctor.
For the time being, is there anything I can do or take to help with this gas problem?

Quote from Tessa on October 9, 2020, 3:02 pmWell for one, what have you been eating in your diet lately? I can't say for certain what it could be, since it could be just from what you ate recently, or if anything changed in your diet. It could also be something to do with your colon, so getting checked out may be wise.

Quote from Drew1999 on October 10, 2020, 3:26 amYeah, if you haven't changed anything with your diet, there could be an underlying cause for the excessive gas. There could be an issue with your colon. I can't imagine if you eat the same food, it'll cause you to have excessive gas like this. See a doctor, it's the best tip I can really give you at the moment.

Quote from Spikey on October 12, 2020, 2:54 pmI agree its probably something your eating too much. I know google is not a doctor but I asked the question on google and it says the main reasons are: eating too much, smoking, chewing gum and swallowing more than a usual amount of air.
