What I’m about to show you next, is about colloidal silver.
Colloidal was used prior to the Second World War. It was the main thing before antibiotics became popular.
It can kill over 650 pathogens – antibiotics can only kill 6. All of those pathogens are listed on the Internet if you ever feel like doing a quick Google search to see all of what colloidal silver can do.
However, colloidal silver must be a very small particle size, otherwise it will not work. The word colloidal simply means something is suspended in water by the way…
Silver has been used throughout the years. Soldiers used it in wars – they used to put a silver coin in their water bottles to purify the water. The royal family in the UK actually used to inject silver – they were very much into homeopathy. However, the quality of the silver wasn’t that good back then but it did prevent them from getting ill.
One of the things it did back then was make their skin turn slightly grey. It also made the veins in their body look a lot bluer in comparison to what they used to look like. And that’s how they got the term “blue blood.”

Now all you do when you get the first signs of cold, flu or any bug is spray your nostrils and spray your throat. You do this regularly, I’m talking it could even be up to 25-50 times in a day. You’ll soon see that the effects of your bug will wear off.
The way Clive describes it, and I don’t know if it’s absolutely true, but it’s word for word how he explained it to me, is the bugs enter in through your body openings… So they come in through your mouth or nose depending on whether or you’re a mouth breather or nose breather. They get in there and start to feed on the enzymes that are already in those areas.
Now, the colloidal silver temporarily kills the enzymes. So that means germs and bacteria or the virus cannot multiply because they don’t have a food supply.
At this point the bugs are pretty much out of luck because your immune system kicks in and beats them up. Like they do at the end of a cold or virus when it runs it’s course and the immune system finally pushes it out. They immune system often gets overwhelmed at the beginning of illness.

A National Activity Survey found that between enclosed buildings and vehicles, modern humans spend 93 percent of their lives indoors. Don’t get me wrong the occasional rainstorm and avoiding a potential alien invasion are decent reasons to stay inside.
But other than these, I can’t think of any other reason to stay indoors 90% of the time, especially since for most of our history at no point during our day were we separated from nature.
I want to touch on food and compromised immunity before I forget. This knowledge has been incredibly useful to me over the years and fortunately I learned most of it at a very young age.
#3. 8 Foods I Wouldn’t Even Consider Eating If I Had A Compromised Immune System.
|Fast Food||Not only are much of these foods made from genetically modified ingredients, but they also contain a host of immune-suppressing ingredients such as high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, MSG, artificial colors, FD&C Red #40 too name a few.|
|Dairy||Dairy products often worsen the symptoms of illness. If you choose to eat cheese while you’re sick, you may become constipated, and if you choose to drink milk, you may very well begin having diarrhea.Some people say to avoid it because it increases mucus, but others say it doesn't necessarily. I’d say try it, and if it doesn't aggravate you, then go for it.|

Smoking cigarettes is literally one of the unhealthiest habits you can have. The negative health effects from cigarette smoking accounts for more than 440,000 annual deaths, which is nearly one of every 5 in the U.S. annually.
More deaths are caused each year by tobacco than HIV, illegal drugs, alcohol, car accidents, suicide, and murder combined. It’s said that if nobody smoked, one out of every three-cancer deaths in the United States wouldn’t happen.
Cigarette smoking reduces circulation by narrowing the blood vessels and puts you at risk of developing peripheral vascular disease. Women now lose about 11 years of life expectancy if they smoke and men lose about 12 years.
If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m good friends with this gentleman named Clive Cable from the United Kingdom, aside from the fact that he’s a stand up human being, he’s also extremely knowledgeable and well versed in a number of different health modalities.
When he was first married his wife was a nurse and used to work at a hospital in what was known as the death ward. I forget the actual name of the ward, but if I remember I’ll let you know.
People weren’t t expected to leave that ward once admitted. This was the ward where smokers went and every single person in that ward was apparently an amputee.
Are far as Clive is aware, cigarettes have 33 known diseases attached to them and they’re all fatal. When his wife used to come home she was always quite depressed. It’d be difficult to work in a ward where over 95% percent of the patients you tend to are amputees and not going to make it through the month.
Cigarettes constrict your body’s circulation. This means that if you keep it up, sooner of later there’s a significant chance you’ll start losing your extremities.
It usually starts with the toes, feet, right up to the knees apparently, so if the next time you reach for a pack of smokes perhaps you should think about that.
In fact there was something I came across on Facebook recently where this young 8 year old kid would approach adults and teenagers who were smoking and ask for a light because he had a cigarette in his hand.
Everybody he approached explained to him how bad smoking was for him and proceeded to tell him that it was very harmful and could kill him at a very young age.
There were several clips of these people telling this kid all about the harmful effects of smoking and what it could do.
And then the kid handed each of them a note and walked away leaving everybody he approached slightly confused as to what just happened. The note said something along the lines of; “you’re so worried about me, why aren’t you that concerned about yourself?”
It was a very moving video and articulated the dangers of smoking and the point that many of us are already aware of it and perhaps we need to remind others of this in order to remind ourselves.

#5. The Only 5 Supplements I Regularly Take
Most of the time it’s just guys looking for a pre-workout or lean bulker. Most other times, it’s typically fat loss related.
The thing is, I only recommend 5 supplements and it’s because vitamin D3, Astragalus, and probiotics (typically from kombucha), Trace Minerals and Magnesium Taurate are the only supplements that I need. I get everything else from my diet and I highly recommend that you do the same.

#6. Drink Kombucha
Might as well dive right into Kombucha, or the tea of immortality, as it’s known in certain circles.
This is by far my most pleasurable supplement. Kombucha is tea that’s been fermented with sugar and living culture (scoby).
“Sugar you say?”
Don’t worry, the culture used to make kombucha digests the sugar and produces a range of organic acids like glucuronic acid, gluconic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, lactic acid, malic acid and usnic acid.
This awesome drink produces vitamins, particularly B vitamins and vitamin C; as well as amino acids and enzymes.
I’ve found this classic recipe that will have you sipping some tea of immortality in no time. I’ve found the best way to get a kombucha SCOBY is to find someone who’s already brewing or just order one online.
Homemade Kombucha Ingredients
- Large glass jar (Don’t use plastic)
- Mother culture aka SCOBY
- Sugar (I use turbinated, but basic white table sugar should worktoo)
- Distilled cider vinegar
- Unflavored green tea (black will work too, but avoid teas withflavorings or essential oils which react badly with the culture)
- Clean piece of breathable fabric to cover the jar of the mouth
- Rubber bands to secure the fabric to the jarNote: Avoid antibacterial soap, because residue from this might also damage the kombucha. The culture feels and looks like a small, slimy pancake.
Homemade Kombucha Brewing Instructions
- To begin, boil 2.5 liters filtered water. You can use more. I typically use about 2.5
- Once the water is boiled, steep some tea – I tend to use about 6 teabags per 2.5 liters. Depends on how you like your tea to taste.
- Stir in your sugar – about 1 cup per every 3 liters (or quarts) you’re brewing. The sugar is food for the mother culture.
- Let the tea cool completely so it’s the same temperature as the culture before they meet.
- Place your culture in the bottom of the jar. If one side seems darker or has little globs hanging off, that side should face down. Fill the bottom of the jar with enough cider vinegar to cover the culture.
- When the tea is cool, pour it gently into your jar. The culture willfloat to the top – give it a day or two to rise if it doesn’t happenimmediately.
- Cover your kombucha with clean fabric and secure it with arubber band. Find a safe home for your brew to rest for up to 2 weeks. Ideally, you should store the jar in dark and warm place. Avoid moving it around.After about a week, test it. The tea will become more acidic and carbonated with time, so if you’re too early it might still taste more like green or black tea than mature kombucha.
Kombucha cultures grow to fit the jar they’re in, which makes a nice seal to improve
carbonation. Each batch produces a new (daughter) culture. You can pull this off and start another jar!
Store the scoby in a fresh batch of the tea base with starter tea in the fridge. Change out the tea for a fresh batch every 4 to 6 weeks.
Make sure you leave enough kombucha in the brewing jar to keep your mother covered if you’re planning on starting a new batch.
Note: Always wash you hands before handling the culture.
It’s OK to get some floating bits of culture in your bottles during the pouring/ladling process – 100% edible.

#7. Take Your Colon To The Gym
Another great way to clean yourself out and improve health is getting a colonic. I was absolutely against this for years, but have heard impressive things from fighters that I know and train with.
Many of them have used colonics to prepare for the training camp before a fight and some have even told me how they used it to make weight.
Basically they believe colonics improve health by removing toxins,
promoting healthy intestinal bacteria, boosting energy and enhancing the immune system.
The build-up of toxins weakens your colon and impairs its function. The gentle filling and emptying of the colon improves muscular contraction by which it naturally moves material. I like to compare Colonics to taking your colon to the gym.
There are several benefits of an annual detox beyond the colonics. Detoxification is about resting, cleaning and nourishing the body from the inside out. Scientists say the average American carries about 700 chemicals around in their body – accumulated mainly from food.
By removing and eliminating these toxins, then feeding your body with healthy nutrients, you protect yourself from disease and renew your ability to maintain optimum health.
It’s important to understand that we do have our own internal organs and immune systems that are designed to excrete toxins.
Drinking water for only one day each week is an ancient routine practiced by many cultures.
But if you’re interested in doing a detox beyond water (I’ve done them and felt great after), give it go. I’d say a 3-7 day juice fast (drinking only fresh fruit, vegetable juices and water) was an effective way to release toxins.
Other popular detox programs usually include body cleanse packs, which generally contain a lot of fiber, vitamins, herbs and minerals. There are many body cleanse products on the market but the best way to cleanse is to do so naturally.
Another incredibly beneficial and powerful way to detox is by oil pulling.
Did you know that all toothaches are viruses that get inside the tooth that’s aching? That’s good news! Why?
Because earlier I mentioned colloidal silver. My friend from the UK Clive, found this out when his dentist told him 9 years ago. Since then he’s used Colloidal Silver and has never had a toothache last more than 5 minutes.
#8. Your Teeth May Be Killing You Slowly
Basically, your teeth could be killing you slowly. The toxins and bacteria in our mouth builds up and has been known to cause a host of deadly health problems.
The good news is that oil pulling has been around for a LONG time and for good reason – it works! It not only helps whiten your teeth, but helps detoxify your body.
All you do is swish and pull cold-pressed organic sesame, hemp, sunflower, flax or coconut oil all around your mouth for 15-20 minutes.
If you did it for long enough, it will be a milky watery substance.
Be sure that you don’t swallow any of the oil or spit it back in your sink as it will contain toxic pathogens once pulled. I usually spit into the toilet.
There’s one other detox method that I’ve found to be at the very least, soothing, and it has to do with your feet.
#9. Try An Ionic Footbath
Still feeling sick?
This is relatively cheap and you can just go to beauty shop or many massage parlors and stick your feet in there. Some people even have little fish clean off their feet, which is supposed to be really healthy for you…
When I got an ionic footbath, it involved immersing my feet in a small tub of water and salt, while an attached device emitted a low-level electrical current to create positive and negative ions in the tub of water.
Many alternative healing practitioners say the ionic footbath provides health benefits, which is why I decided to try it. However, no research confirms any claimed benefits for specific health disorders, but there’s no harm in using the footbath if you’re interested especially if it inspires you to live healthier.
Truth be told, I’ve done it and felt very light, and euphoric afterwards. It was rather soothing and refreshing.
Almost as soothing and refreshing as sitting in a sauna after intense exercise.
You just hit the gym for an hour and can barely lift your arm to open your locker at the gym… Finally, muster up enough gusto to stick the key in the slot and grab your towel.
You know that this soreness is a badge of honor but you also know that you’ve got things to do and can’t be hindered by stiff muscles.
This is where sitting in the sauna comes in to play. The heat pumps up blood circulation near the skin and stimulate sweating.
This helps relax stiff joints and muscles after workouts because the lactic acid that has built up is cleared faster, which ultimately speeds the recovery process.
Aside from post workouts, I’ll use the sauna to reduce stress, raise metabolism, improve complexion, and even to help alleviate symptoms of colds.
#10. Try Acupuncture For Stress and Pain Relief
Funny story… If it weren’t for the sauna I would never have been convinced to try acupuncture.
I know a guy from the gym that had some nerve damage after an adverse reaction to a certain type of antibiotics…
He was in so much pain he could hardly lay in bed at night. The physical therapy was painful and only seemed to briefly increase his mobility, and he was so traumatized from the whole experience he refused to take any more pharmaceuticals.
Fortunately, he was turned onto acupuncture after much hesitation and running out of options… Turned out to be the best move he ever made.
I was fortunate enough to get the scoop.
Basically, acupuncture has been around for over 2,000 years. It comes from the ancient Chinese belief of no isolated issues in the body.
