    Holy smokes, the kiwi trick an hour before bed seems to be working! I immediately dismissed it, but my fiance happened to have some in the fridge that night so I thought, “what the heck, might as well give it a go.”

    To my amazement I slept 6 straight hours – not even rolling over once! I have not slept that well in over a decade.
